Narina Prodger

Narina is a licenced Real Estate agent who has been working in property management and sales since 2012. She has been the principal at 2 estates in the northern suburbs of Brisbane before moving to the Gold Cost with her family to establish a 139-townhouse estate off the plan in 2018.

Narina enjoys specialising as your go to person for on-site management and sales and is looking forward to making your property here at Urbane Pimpama a successful addition to your portfolio. She is an excellent communicator and will take care to maximise your properties potential from securing a great first tenant, to overseeing tenancy needs, managing accounts, and providing you with statements and reports as required. Karl Prodger

Karl is also fully licenced and has carried out the main caretaking duties, body

corporate liaison and project management at an estate with 139 properties

in Pimpama for the past 6 years. He has had experience as a Business

Coordinator & Trainer at a well-established RTO so he knows what it takes to

successfully run a new development with a focus on marketing. He is a people

person and enjoys building relationships with new owners and tenants alike.
